These terms apply to this website and to any service you buy from Summit 9 Ltd, company number 13247465. By using the site you accept them.

2. Our services

We provide marketing, growth and advertising services for martial arts academies. The detail of any engagement, including fees, timelines and deliverables, is set out in a separate agreement that we both sign.

3. No guarantees of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside anyone's control, including your pricing, location, offer, capacity and how enquiries are handled. Figures on this site, including calculator and chart examples, are illustrative and are not promises of income, enrolment or growth. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

4. Contracts and cancellation

We work on rolling contracts with no fixed term, subject to the notice period in your agreement. There is no minimum budget.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any brand, images or claims you ask us to publish, and that the information you give us about your academy is accurate.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand and content. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and internal processes. Deliverables we create for you are licensed to you for use in your business while our agreement is in force.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, and our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party platforms

Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as advertising networks and booking tools. Their rules, prices and availability can change, and we are not responsible for those changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
